Ayanna graduated with Honors from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Upon graduating, she began her legal education at the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, TN. During her time in law school, Ayanna had the opportunity to clerk at Asurion, Sarah Cannon Research Institute, and the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office. After earning her Juris Doctorate, she began her career in clinical and research contract negotiations at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Ayanna became a member of Ingram Content Group’s legal team in 2022. In her free time, Ayanna enjoys reading, writing, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and nature walks.
